Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the room size was great for a family of four, the lack of adequate lighting made it feel dim and gloomy. On the bright side, the location was superb and the proximity to the wharf and boardwalk was a major plus. However, the service left much to be desired, with some unfriendliness and unclear policies. Dining options were limited and the lack of variety was noticeable, though the hotel did have some positive qualities like free parking and a quiet atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was confusion about age requirements not being posted during online booking. The location was the best feature, being close to the heart of Santa Cruz with easy access to the Wharf, Boardwalk, and beach. Despite these aspects, I found the hotel to be neat and clean, with helpful staff and a great location.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and an awesome tub. The full kitchen was a great bonus, but the breakfast wasn't available during check-in. Overall, the room was clean and cozy.
